Health & Fitness Manager - National Water Sports Centre

Permanent, Full Time

£30,000 - £35,000 per annum + Corporate Benefits Package

Serco Leisure is looking for an inspirational Health & Fitness Manager to lead our fitness team and deliver exceptional member experiences across the gym floor, studio, and personal training services at the National Water Sports Centre in Nottingham.

What you’ll do

• Lead and develop a high‑performing team of Fitness Coaches, Personal Trainers, and Group Exercise Instructors
• Bring our gym floor and studio signature programmes to life
• Drive membership sales, onboarding, retention, and revenue growth
• Deliver and grow Personal Training and Group Exercise services
• Ensure a safe, welcoming, and high‑quality gym environment
• Track performance KPIs and work closely with commercial and marketing teams

What you’ll have

• Level 2 Fitness Instruction (essential)
• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (desirable)
• Sales experience and strong commercial awareness
• Proven experience leading and motivating fitness teams
• Passion for delivering exceptional member journeys
• (Group training and Level 4 qualifications are desirable – full training available.)
