As Headteacher, you will

  • Drive continuous improvement, maintaining high standards of education and care.
  • Work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team to nurture an inclusive and supportive culture.
We are looking for a leader who has
  • Proven leadership experience within primary and secondary specialist settings specifically SEMH or ASC.
  • Strong understanding of SEMH, Autism, and trauma-informed approaches.
  • The ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on school management.
  • A commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and aspirational environment for both staff and pupils.
