Head Therapist

Full time - 40 hours per week, working 5 days over 7

Salary of £27,000 per annum, plus monthly TRONC and fantastic commission opportunities (£32,000 OTE)

We are seeking an inspiring leader with a passion for wellness, exceptional service, and team development to join our Country Club & Spa team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and confident professional to lead our therapist department, elevate the guest experience, and support the spa in achieving outstanding commercial and service results.

Swinton Estate is situated in the Yorkshire Dales and is one of the largest privately owned estates in England. Constantly developing we boast Swinton Park, a luxury traditional castle hotel with 42 bedrooms, three holiday cottages and award winning Samuel’s Restaurant; a luxurious country club and spa including the contemporary Terrace Restaurant; Swinton Bivouac a glamping site with tree lodges, yurts and café, and last but by no means least the Swinton cookery school.

As Head Therapist, you will play a key role in ensuring our Country Club & Spa delivers exceptional treatments, maintains impeccable standards, and exceeds its revenue targets. You will manage day to day therapist operations, coach and develop your team, and drive quality across all touchpoints of the guest journey.

Key responsibilities:

• Maximise treatment room occupancy and treatment yieldt
• Create effective therapist rotas to optimise payroll against sales
• Oversee stock control, ordering, deliveries and storage
• Review and refresh the treatment menu in line with brand standards
• Handle guest service recovery professionally across all communication channels
