Head Pastry Chef

As the Head Pastry Chef at CÉ LA VI you will be the driving force behind our pastry program. You will lead and inspire our pastry team, oversee kitchen operations, help develop new dessert menus, and ensure that our guests experience the finest in pastry craftsmanship. This role presents an excellent opportunity to shape the dessert offerings and make a lasting impact on our culinary reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation and execution of dessert menus, including pastries, cakes, and other sweet treats.
  • Supervise and mentor the Pastry team.
  • Maintain the highest standards of pastry quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering, and quality control.
  • Ensure strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
  • Develop and introduce new pastry recipes and techniques.
  • Collaborate with the management team to meet financial targets and guest expectations.
  • Act as a pastry ambassador, representing CÉ LA VI in the culinary community.
