The Role
  • You will lead, support, and mentor talented Trusts and Estates teams across three regional offices.
  • Manage a diverse, high:quality caseload of wills, trusts, estates, and complex private client matters.
  • Drive strategy, business development, and client engagement across the region.
  • Identify training and development needs to help colleagues grow and perform at their best.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the department's direction and long:term vision.
  • Deliver efficient, proactive, and empathetic service to clients with professionalism and care.
Skills Required
  • Applications are sought from Solicitors or Legal Executive with extensive Trusts and Estates experience looking for a new challenge.
  • You will have in:depth expertise in estate administration, inheritance tax, trust and estate taxation, complex wills, deeds of variation, and powers of attorney.
  • It is essential that you have excellent communication, organisational, and problem:solving skills.
