Places for People seeks a Head of Business Change & Transformation to lead the long-term transformation across Commercial Operations, mapping a clear strategy for process improvement, data, reporting, and new digital tools.

You will partner with technology and central support functions to review end-to-end processes, set governance, and prioritise initiatives that deliver measurable business benefits while managing adoption and readiness across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business change in a multi-site organisation.
• Proven ability to turn complex processes into practical plans.
• Defined data, reporting and BI roadmaps; governance and sourcing.
• Partnered with technology teams to shape system roadmaps and manage adoption.
• Strong commercial and operational awareness with senior stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the long-term transformation agenda across Commercial Operations.
• Review end-to-end processes, simplify ways of working and reduce duplication.
• Set standards and governance for operating procedures and ensure new systems and dashboards fit operational needs.
• Own the transformation roadmap and shape the future operating model.
• Coordinate with technology teams and central support functions to enable change.
• Travel to Leisure sites 2–3 days per week.
