Job summary

Places for People seeks a Head of Business Change & Transformation to lead the long-term transformation across Commercial Operations. You will review end-to-end processes, drive standardised governance and ensure adoption of new tools and ways of working across multiple sites.

You will partner with technology teams and regional leaders to deliver data-driven improvements, with a clear roadmap and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading transformation, continuous improvement or operating model development.
• Able to map processes, data and technology to measurable outcomes.
• Experience creating data, reporting or BI roadmaps.
• Experience partnering with technology teams to define requirements.
• Ability to drive adoption and business readiness across multi-site ops.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term transformation agenda across Commercial Operations.
• Review end-to-end processes and design dashboards around operational needs.
• Own transformation roadmap and align programmes with measurable benefits.
• Collaborate with central functions, regional Directors, and tech partners.
• Ensure governance and change adoption across the organisation.
