Places for People is seeking a Head of Business Change & Transformation to lead the long-term transformation across Commercial Operations, crafting a clear strategy for process improvement, data, reporting, and digital tools.

You will partner with technology teams and regional directors to simplify end-to-end processes, own the transformation roadmap, and ensure new systems are designed around operational needs, with measurable outcomes and strong governance.

Qualifications

• Experience of leading business change, transformation, or operating model development in a multi-site/operational organisation.
• Use of Lean or Six Sigma to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Experience owning data, reporting or BI roadmaps, including governance and source-of-truth design.
• Partnering with technology teams to define requirements, shape system roadmaps and manage change adoption.
• Proven ability to connect processes, systems, data and stakeholder experience to measurable outcomes.
