Job summary

Places for People is seeking a Head of Business Change & Transformation to lead the long-term transformation across Commercial Operations, shaping a clear strategy for process improvement, data, reporting, digital tools and future ways of working.

You'll work closely with technology teams, central support functions and regional leaders to review end-to-end processes, simplify workflows, set standards and govern operating procedures, and ensure new systems and dashboards meet operational

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex transformation initiatives across multi-site operations.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical process changes and roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of data, reporting and technology enablement.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation across Commercial Operations with a clear strategy.
• Review end-to-end processes and drive simplification and efficiency.
• Set governance for operating procedures and system roadmaps.
• Collaborate with technology teams to define requirements and adoption.
• Travel to Leisure sites 2–3 days per week.
