Job summary

Places for People is recruiting a Head of Business Change & Transformation to steer the long-term transformation agenda across Commercial Operations, shaping strategies for process improvement, data, reporting, digital tools and future ways of working.

Working with technology teams, central support functions and regional directors, you will review end-to-end processes, simplify ways of working and ensure systems and dashboards align with operational needs while delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business change, transformation, continuous improvement or operating model development within complex, multi-site or operational organisations.
• Evidence of using process improvement tools or methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Experience owning or developing data, reporting or business intelligence roadmaps, including data definitions and governance.
• Experience partnering with technology teams to define business requirements and shape system roadmaps.
• Ability to connect processes, systems, data and colleague or customer experience to measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the long-term transformation agenda across Commercial Operations.
• Review end-to-end processes, simplify ways of working and identify opportunities to reduce duplication.
• Set standards and governance for operating procedures and ensure new systems and dashboards meet operational needs.
• Own the transformation roadmap and prioritise programmes for readiness, communication, training and adoption.
