Places for People’s Places Leisure arm seeks a Head of Business Change & Transformation to drive transformation across Commercial Operations, defining a clear strategy for process improvement, data, reporting, digital tools and future ways of working.

• Experience leading transformation in a complex, multi-site organisation.
• Proven ability to create data, reporting and governance roadmaps.
• Strong collaboration with technology teams to shape system roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead the long-term transformation agenda across Commercial Operations.
• Review end-to-end processes, simplify ways of working and reduce duplication.
• Set standards and governance for operating procedures and tools.
• Own the transformation roadmap and shape the future operating model.
• Prioritise programmes around measurable outcomes with readiness and adoption.
