Qualifications

  • Experience of running a variety of Serious Injury claims.
  • Ability to form positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience of coaching and supporting other lawyers and managers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Serious Injury Department teams.
  • Manage and deliver overall budget and targets for their teams.
  • Provide advice and guidance on departmental issues.
