An inclusive junior school is seeking an inspirational Head of School to lead and collaborate with staff in providing a high-quality education for all pupils. This role involves driving school improvement and fostering a culture of high expectations within the community. Candidates should have a strong teaching background, significant leadership experience, and a commitment to safeguarding. Fierté Multi‑Academy Trust requires an inspirational Head of School to work collaboratively to drive a culture of high expectation at Wilnecote Junior Academy – an inclusive and welcoming large junior school within a highly cohesive community near Tamworth.
Following the current post‑holder’s retirement, we seek to appoint a suitably experienced and aspirational candidate to work in close collaboration with the Executive Headteacher giving the pupils of Wilnecote the quality of education they fully deserve.
You will have a proven track record of high‑quality teaching and learning. You will join an ambitious, forward‑thinking, and well‑regarded community‑based Trust. You will head a team passionate about helping children develop both personally and academically. You will lead on significant areas of school improvement.
Wilnecote Junior Academy is looking to appoint a committed and passionate Head of School to:
