They are now seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Sales to lead and develop the sales function across multiple sites driving volume, profitability, and team performance.

Working Hours
  • 42.5 hours per week
  • 5 days a week, including Saturdays
Duties
  • Drive volume, revenue, and profitability across all dealership sites
  • Develop and execute a high-performing sales strategyHead, coach, and motivate a large sales team to consistently achieve targets
  • Monitor and manage performance using key KPIs and data insights
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience and drive repeat business
  • Maximise finance and value-added product penetration
  • Oversee stock presentation standards and manage aged inventory
  • Utilise CRM and digital tools to streamline and enhance the sales process
Candidate
  • Minimum 5+ years in a senior automotive sales leadership role
  • Experience within a high-volume dealership or car supermarket environment
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and profit targets
  • Strong leadership, people management, and coaching skills
  • Commercially astute with strong data-driven decision-making ability
  • Solid understanding of the used car market and customer buying behaviours
  • Competent with CRM and lead management systems
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-focused approach
