Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) is seeking a Head of Sales for UK and EU markets to build and scale the next generation of logistics solutions – bring your supply chain expertise and data‑driven approach to transform how enterprises move inventory globally. AGL is an integrated, end‑to‑end, supply chain solution that simplifies the complex global logistics for enterprise customers and Amazon's selling partners. With AGL, businesses can seamlessly transport their inventory from the factory door (in overseas locations such as China and Vietnam) directly to locations in the US, UK, EU and JP – all with a click of a button. AGL's aim is to optimize the end‑to‑end supply chain, allowing customers to focus on what they do best – building unique product offerings that their customers love.
You thrive in ambiguity and can juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. You possess high levels of creativity, independence, flexibility, and attention to detail. You're deeply data‑oriented, understand global supply‑chain operations inside and out, and know how to translate customer requirements into compelling value propositions. You're comfortable being hands‑on while also setting strategic direction for your team. You have a proven track record of building and leading high‑performing sales teams.
