You will shape and deliver the sales strategy, manage a high-performing team, and drive significant growth. We’re working with a well-established and ambitious FMCG and distribution business, who are going through an exciting phase of growth and transformation. They’re now looking for a Head of Sales to join their senior leadership team and take ownership of the sales function at a pivotal stage.
This is a newly created, high-impact role where you’ll work closely with the Sales & Marketing Director to design and deliver a comprehensive sales strategy, driving growth, building strong client partnerships, and leading a high-performing team.
