Head of Revenue Operations - PE Backed Fintech/SaaS Business

A leading global B2B Fintech firm is seeking a Head of Revenue Operations/VP RevOps to drive the modernization of its CRM ecosystem, build scalable analytics capabilities, and enable predictable, sustainable revenue growth.

Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role is a key member of the senior leadership team. The Head of/VP of Revenue Operations will own CRM strategy, forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue analytics, while building and scaling a high‑performing Revenue Operations function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the cleanup and transformation of Salesforce across multiple merged business entities, including account hierarchies, data governance, and reporting frameworks.
  • Design and oversee a scalable analytics engine to support data‑driven decision‑making, including pipeline management, forecasting, sensitivity analysis, and revenue reporting.
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to optimize processes around territory alignment, quota setting, commission planning, and deal governance.
  • Develop accurate bookings and revenue forecasts in collaboration with Finance, supporting budgeting, quarterly business reviews, and long‑term strategic planning.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to support revenue growth initiatives, using analytics to identify expansion, cross‑sell, and client success opportunities.
  • Build and lead the Revenue Operations team, initially managing a small core team and scaling as the business grows.
  • Own and enhance Salesforce adoption and effectiveness, ensuring clean data, improved reporting, and automation of manual processes; evaluate and implement complementary tools as needed.
  • Act as a key bridge between Sales, Finance, and executive leadership, ensuring alignment on growth priorities and revenue execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of Revenue Operations leadership experience within B2B SaaS, fintech, or technology‑driven environments, supporting complex sales models (subscription, usage‑based, or hybrid).
  • Deep, hands‑on expertise with Salesforce, including CRM cleanup, modernization, and account structure design.
  • Demonstrated success driving growth and operational efficiency in private equity‑backed, high‑growth, or transformation environments.
  • Strong analytical background with experience building dashboards, forecasting models, and metrics‑driven strategies.
  • Proven people leader with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Operations.
  • Experience optimizing sales processes, territory models, quotas, and compensation structures.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels.
  • Exposure to both SaaS and volume‑driven revenue streams is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to work East Coast hours to collaborate with global teams across India and APAC.

What’s on Offer

  • Robust health and wellness benefits
  • Generous paid time off and flexible working arrangements
  • Ongoing learning and development opportunities
  • Competitive compensation, retirement planning, and financial wellness programs
  • Family‑friendly benefits and support programs
  • Additional perks such as employee discounts and referral incentives
