We're looking for an experienced and forward‑thinking Head of Resourcing to lead the recruitment strategy for a diverse workforce of over 80, colleagues across the UK. This is a high‑impact, senior leadership role where you'll shape how we attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent at scale.
