Job description

At Cheval Collection, we don’t just offer luxury serviced apartments — we create exceptional experiences. As we continue to grow our global footprint, we’re seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Head of Reservations to lead our Reservations Team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our guest journey.

At Cheval Collection, every guest experience begins long before they arrive — and you’ll be the one orchestrating that beginning. As Head of Reservations, you’ll lead a team that’s not just responsible for bookings, but for crafting the first impression of our luxury brand. From the moment an enquiry is made, your team ensures every detail is handled with precision, warmth, and commercial insight.

You’ll be the strategic partner to our Revenue Managers, Head of Revenue Distribution, and Director of Revenue and Distribution — working together to optimise performance across our portfolio of 5‑star serviced apartments. Your leadership will empower the team to convert enquiries into memorable stays, while your commercial acumen ensures every opportunity is maximised.

This role places you at the heart of our business. You’ll be the go‑to contact for our Managing Director, top‑tier clients, General Managers, and Commercial Team — building trusted relationships and ensuring seamless communication. You’ll also engage daily with VIP guests, internal teams, and external partners, including third‑party owners, navigating complex conversations with confidence and clarity.

Your day‑to‑day will be dynamic: leading a multi‑property team, overseeing operations, negotiating bookings, and ensuring GDPR compliance as well as LQA standards, ensuring personalised luxury service. You’ll manage apartment revenue within a defined financial framework, while collaborating across departments to deliver service excellence that reflects the very essence of Cheval Collection.

We would love to hear from you if………………
  • Proven experience in multi‑property reservations management.
  • Deep understanding of the London and international luxury hospitality market.
  • A track record of leading large teams in a high‑performance environment.
  • Experience in luxury 5‑star hotels and/or serviced apartments.
  • Outstanding team management and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional relationship‑building abilities.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a high level of commercial awareness.
  • Confidence in responding to commercial targets and making sound decisions under pressure.
  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels, from guests to executives.
In return we can offer you…
  • A competitive salary
  • Company recognition scheme
  • 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays and increasing with service)
  • Life Assurance
  • Season Ticket Loan
  • Colleague, Family and Friends discount rate
  • Contribution to personal pension (after 3 months)
  • And many more benefits!

We’re more than a luxury brand — we’re a community of passionate professionals who believe in delivering excellence. At Cheval, you’ll be empowered to lead, innovate, and make a real impact.

If you thrive on being the best you can and want to join our award‑winning team, then look no further and apply now!
