Head of Real Estate Finance

Our client is an established SME and Real Estate Finance lender who are about to embark on a substantial UK wide growth and expansion programme.

You’ll be responsible for leading and growing the Real Estate Finance division that currently offers property Investment, Development and Bridging finance throughout the UK.

You’ll be a client facing leader with extensive commercial banking experience; you’ll be a Real Estate Finance specialist with an appropriate professional and introducer network who has knowledge of the various disciplines throughout the lending lifecycle.

You’ll be comfortable working in a growing, nimble, entrepreneurial, innovative and tech enabled environment whilst driving the growth and expansion of the division.
