Head of Property - Hertfordshire This niche commercial firm seeks a Head of Property. Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the property team, providing guidance, support and mentorship to team members
  • Review and oversee complex property transactions
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality legal services in residential property law
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive the growth and success of the property practice
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Stay updated on changes in property law, regulations, and market trends, and ensure compliance with legal standards
  • Collaborate with other departments within the firm to ensure a seamless delivery of legal services
  • Contribute to firm-wide initiatives, including business development and marketing
About you
  • 6+ years of experience in residential property law
  • Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently
  • Experience of supervising staff or contributing to the growth of a department
