A leading financial institution is looking for a Head of Portfolio to manage high rise buildings during a maternity cover for 18 months. This role involves maintaining relationships with managing agents, ensuring compliance with the Buildings Safety Act, and driving operational performance. Title: Head of Portfolio (High Rise Buildings) 18 Month Maternity Cover
Location: London. Bristol or Manchester
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites with regular travel to our building sites when required.
