Qualifications

  • 5–10 years experience in People / HR leadership roles, preferably in a startup.
  • Demonstrated ownership of onboarding processes and performance review cycles.
  • Hands-on experience in People Operations and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment lifecycle and improve onboarding processes.
  • Manage performance cycles and employee relationship issues.
  • Shape company culture and establish people roadmaps.
