A co-educational independent school in the UK is seeking a Head of Modern Foreign Languages to lead the MFL department. The successful candidate will act as Head of Modern Foreign Languages and lead the MFL department across the whole age and ability range up to Year 11. The post holder will be expected to enable teachers to meet the Development Plan targets, manage curriculum and teaching & learning development from Foundation Years through KS4, support continuous improvement, and manage resources.
Qualified Head of Department or Head of Modern Foreign Languages with a proven track record of leading a language department and delivering excellent teaching outcomes. Experience across KS3/4 and up to Year 11 is required.
