Location: Greater London, Hybrid 2/3 days in office

I’m currently partnering with a globally recognized beauty and skincare brand to recruit a Head of Marketing, a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping the brand’s global marketing vision and driving its next phase of growth.

This is a unique opportunity to join a premium, high-growth brand with a strong heritage and a loyal global customer base. The successful candidate will bring strategic leadership, creative excellence, and a deep understanding of both digital and traditional marketing in the beauty or skincare space.

the Head of Marketing will lead all aspects of brand strategy, marketing execution, and team development across global markets. This is a senior leadership position with high visibility and impact across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & Lead Global Brand Strategy: Shape and execute a cohesive marketing strategy that drives brand growth and strengthens market position.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team across brand, digital, PR, and creative.
  • Product & Campaign Launches: Partner closely with product, creative, and commercial teams to bring compelling campaigns to market.
  • Digital Marketing & DTC Growth: Oversee performance marketing, CRM, SEO/SEM, and eCommerce initiatives to drive online growth and customer engagement.
  • Influencer, PR & Community Strategy: Build brand love and awareness through strategic partnerships, influencer collaborations, and media outreach.
  • Data & Insights: Use data and customer insights to optimize performance and inform future strategy.
  • Retail & Omnichannel Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to ensure cohesive messaging and promotional strategies across all customer touchpoints.

Ideal Candidate

  • 8–10+ years of marketing experience, ideally within the beauty, skincare, or luxury consumer goods industries
  • Proven track record in building and scaling global brands
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing diverse and creative teams
  • Deep understanding of the modern beauty consumer and digital-first marketing strategies
  • Commercially minded with a strong grasp of metrics, performance analysis, and ROI
  • A natural storyteller and brand builder with a passion for beauty and innovation
