Salary: £44,236 FTE per annum
Annual Leave: 31 days per annum (excluding bank holidays and up to 3 additional discretionary days over the Christmas/New Year period)

As the Head of Learner Support, you will lead and manage a team of professional practitioners across all types of support, including SEND, ALS, Maths, and English. Your leadership will ensure that learners, including those with learning difficulties, disabilities, dyslexia, and sensory impairments, receive high‑quality, tailored support across Hull College. You will oversee a wide range of responsibilities, ensuring compliance with policies, leading inspections, managing budgets, and, most importantly, supporting our learners to achieve their full potential. As a key member of the senior team, you will represent the College at audits, inspections, and external events, always striving for excellence.
