What You’ll Do

• Lead and scale a UK‑wide lab network, standardising processes across sites.
• Ensure labs meet ISO 15189 standards through QMS, audits, and continuous improvement.
• Optimise workflows from sample collection to result reporting.
• Build and develop a high‑performing lab team.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and manage vendors, equipment, and consumables.
