Job description

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Execution
   • Develop and implement the IT strategy, technology roadmap, and annual plans in line with the company's medium- to long-term goals.
2. System Development & Optimization
   • Oversee the design, development, integration, and continuous improvement of core enterprise information systems, ensuring system stability and business continuity.
   • Lead data governance and analytics platform initiatives to enhance data-driven decision-making.
3. Technology Commercialization Support
   • Collaborate closely with business units to translate AI and other technologies into practical solutions or products that improve operational efficiency and enable business model innovation.
   • Manage the full lifecycle of technology projects, including cost, timeline, and quality control.
4. Team & Organization Development
   • Build and mentor a high-performing technology team, establishing efficient R&D and operational processes.
   • Optimize resource allocation and foster cross-department collaboration to strengthen technical execution.
5. Security, Compliance & Risk Management
   • Establish and maintain robust information security, data privacy, and compliance management systems in accordance with legal and industry standards.
   • Develop emergency response plans and conduct regular risk assessments and drills to safeguard systems and data.
6. Operations & Continuous Improvement
   • Monitor the performance of IT systems and continuously optimize for better user experience and operational efficiency.
   • Leverage technology to improve internal workflows and reduce long-term operational costs.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. 10+ years of relevant IT experience, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role. Experience in AI-related project implementation is preferred.
3. Familiarity with enterprise system architecture, cloud computing, big data, and information security, with a proven track record in leading IT projects from scratch.
4. Strong technical foresight and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate business needs into technical plans.
5. Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, capable of driving complex projects to completion.
6. Knowledge of information security and data compliance regulations, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
7. Results-driven, responsible, and resilient under pressure.
8. Continuously curious and updated on new technologies and industry trends.
