Description
As Head of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ Energy/Water) you will have a sense for the importance of leading change. You will play a pivotal leadership role, requiring your expertise in developing and overseeing the implementation of contract specific HSEQ management arrangements aligned with Group HSEQ standards and governance framework.
Your primary objective will be to strategically deliver the HSEQ business plan to drive continuous improvement across the [water/energy] contracts. In doing so you will ensure that risks are adequately profiled across the contracts, and ensure the operational HSEQ advisors work with the Network Plus leadership team to establish robust local systems enable growing a culture associating strong HSEQ standards with continual improvement requirements.
This role will require you to manage HSEQ Contract Leads (Managers) with a wider team of HSEQ Advisors. You will have considerable interaction with our client's providing monitoring and assurance updates, whilst collaboratively identifying best practice solutions.
