Overview

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as the Head of Hospitality at our luxury care home. This role requires passion for exceptional hospitality, strong people and organisational skills, and a commitment to resident-centred care. You will work closely with the Catering, Lifestyles, Housekeeping and Hospitality teams to ensure residents receive top-notch care.

In this crucial position you will help create a warm and welcoming environment for those we support and their families. Previous experience in the hospitality sector is required, with an affinity for caring for others.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the Hospitality, Lifestyles and Housekeeping teams to ensure high standards and person-centred care across the resident experience.
  • Work closely with the Client Relations team to plan and execute customer/resident events.
  • Ensure dining areas are set up and maintained to a very high standard.
  • Ensure the Housekeeping team carries out their duties effectively to maintain the cleanliness of the home and resident laundry.
