Salary: £58,000 + performance bonus

We are seeking an experienced Head of Gym & Spa to lead the operational delivery of a premium fitness and wellness offering in London. This is a maternity cover position, ideal for a strong operational leader with a passion for service excellence, people development, and high standards.

You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional day-to-day performance across gym and spa operations, driving consistency, quality, and commercial results while delivering an outstanding member and client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage gym and spa operations with a strong focus on operational excellence.
• Set, maintain, and continuously improve service standards across all sites.
• Develop, coach, and inspire management and frontline teams to perform at their best.
• Ensure exceptional service delivery aligned with brand, contractual, and client expectations.
• Oversee compliance with SLAs, health & safety, and operational policies.
• Act as a key point of contact for client management, building trusted and professional relationships.
• Monitor performance through KPIs, audits, and reporting, implementing improvements where required.
• Manage budgets, labour, and resources effectively to meet operational and commercial targets.

About You
