A leading healthcare and beauty retailer is looking for a Head of Go-to-Market to drive innovative strategies and plans within the organization. This role requires strong commercial acumen and leadership experience, as you'll manage a virtual team and influence various business units. We have a 12-month fixed-term contract within the Go-to-Market team, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of a critical capability at the heart of the business unit operating model.
This role is a critical linchpin in driving the creation of the best strategies and plans for the business unit while ensuring this is achieved in the most efficient way to hit all the financial, customer and strategic targets. This role drives our Beauty and GM strategies, including Value and Christmas, and plans for the total business. Based in D90 Nottingham, this role combines the best of commercial, marketing and insight to achieve these goals.
The Go to Market and Planning team sit centrally within the Customer & Category teams of Boots, reporting into Insights, Strategy & Planning function but playing a critical role across commercial and marketing business units. This Head of GTM role reports to the Director of Strategy and Planning but needs to ensure strong matrix relationships are maintained and developed particularly with the Beauty and General Merchandise Business Unit Directors. Peers and critical stakeholders of this role are across the business unit lead teams (across category trading, marketing, own brand product, supply chain, insights, finance and ecommerce), working alongside the Healthcare & Pharmacy Go to Market business unit lead and the Customer & Commercial Planning team within the wider team.
