Our procurement team are looking to add a Head of Global Direct & Indirect Procurement into their team. This will be a site based role with the successful incumbent working at least 3 days per week on-site.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for developing and implementing global procurement strategies across multiple categories. This role involves managing a team of four Global Category Managers and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The position requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across various sites and functions.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Experience: 15+ years Procurement (direct & indirect) and Supply Chain experience.
  • 10+ years leadership experience.
  • Global team management experience.
  • Degree/Master in a relevant discipline.
