Overview

Head of Finance – Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire (On-site). Salary: Up to £75k plus bonus package. ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified. Ready to fast-track your journey to Finance Director? Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end finance in a growing £28m turnover engineering and manufacturing business.
• Work closely with the CFO who leads procurement, IT, ESG and Health & Safety alongside finance, providing strategic input and financial governance.
• Drive system and process improvements, including Sage 200 implementation and the rollout of AI and automation to finance processes (e.g., Microsoft CoPilot integration).
• Contribute to shaping the company''s growth strategy and ensure robust financial planning, reporting, and controls.

Qualifications

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified.
• Commercially minded, confident in bringing ideas to the table, and comfortable embracing AI and automation in finance.
