Haven Holidays is seeking a Head of Facilities to lead a large team across site maintenance, facilities management, security and cleaning operations at our Ayr park. This critical role combines strategic leadership with hands-on performance management to ensure a safe, impeccably maintained and guest-focused environment.

You will oversee budgeting, resource planning and driving continuous improvements across all facilities activities while maintaining compliance with safety standards and Haven

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience within hard and soft facilities management is essential.
• Vendor management with proven negotiating skills.
• Proven leadership, organisation, and ability to develop a diverse workforce.
• Experience developing strategic plans and addressing problems.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• History of controlling costs while delivering exceptional service.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership to the Facilities Team with clear goals and coaching.
• Interact with guests and owners to address needs and feedback and resolve escalations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans including budgeting and resource allocation.
• Engage, support, and appraise team members to foster growth and progression.
• Continuously assess performance and implement improvements in maintenance, caravanning, and cleaning activities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure safety and compliance in gas, water, electricity, drainage, and caravan siting; follow laws and regulations.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on achievements, challenges and future plans.
