Job summary

Haven is seeking a Head of Facilities to lead a large team across site maintenance, facilities management, security and cleaning. You’ll drive safety, quality, and guest satisfaction while managing budgets and resources.

The role combines strategic planning with hands-on leadership to achieve park-wide standards and growth. You will engage with owners and guests, prioritise tasks, and develop your team through structured inductions and 90-day onboarding.

Qualifications

• Prior senior-level experience within hard and soft facilities management.
• Proven negotiating skills and vendor management experience.
• Strong leadership, organisation, and team development capabilities.
• Ability to develop strategic plans and address problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to the Facilities Team and set clear goals.
• Engage with guests and owners, addressing needs and concerns.
• Develop and implement strategic plans, budgeting and resource allocation.
• Lead, educate and appraise team members to foster growth.
• Continuously optimise performance and drive park maintenance efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build relationships and opportunities.
• Ensure safety and compliance across gas, water, electricity and drainage.
• Regularly report achievements, challenges and future plans to senior management.
