Qualifications

  • Extensive experience selling to large-scale enterprises.
  • A proven track record of setting regional sales strategies.

  • Deep expertise in MEDDIC and pipeline governance.
  • Full professional fluency in English; other languages a plus.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a regional enterprise acquisition strategy.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a team of Account Executives.
  • Own the regional P&L for new business.
  • Drive forecasting accuracy and CRM excellence.
  • Steer complex deal reviews and coach the team.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales Ops, Finance, and Legal.
  • Represent the company internally and externally.
