Academics are currently working in partnership with a well-regarded school in Canterbury who are seeking an experienced and passionate Head of English to join their leadership team from April 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious English specialist to lead and develop a successful department, driving high standards of teaching and learning across Key Stages.

The Role:
  • Lead, manage, and inspire the English department
  • Develop and implement an engaging and effective English curriculum
  • Monitor student progress and raise attainment

The Ideal Candidate Will:
  • Hold QTS (or equivalent)
