Qualifications

• 8–12 years of engineering experience in electric propulsion or aerospace.
• Proven track record in leading engineering teams and delivering complex products.
• Strong systems engineering mindset with multidisciplinary teamwork experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering activities and ensure execution of the technical roadmap.
• Manage and mentor a growing team of engineers.
• Organize in-orbit demonstration campaigns for mission readiness.
• Deliver product documentation and operational hardware systems.
• Maintain the company’s technical knowledge base and documentation.
• Provide high-level technical expertise across functions.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Product teams.
• Collaborate with the Product Team on product development.
• Regularly report project progress to the CTO.
