Technical Experience Must Include:

• Enterprise Architecture design and governance, particularly in a regulated sector.
• Expert knowledge of scaling via Microservices and Event Sourcing in low‑latency environments.
• Hands‑on proficiency with Cloud Native Architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Understanding of Payment API design and integration.
• Establishing and enforcing best practices for security, CI / CD, and operational resilience.

Non‑Negotiable Requirements:

• 10+ years of senior engineering leadership
• 8+ years of proven, hands‑on experience designing and successfully scaling high‑volume B2B payment platforms.
• Advanced technical degree OR demonstrable, equivalent experience
