• Proven track record at senior level of leading multiple mixed‑use fit‑out and new build projects.
• Significant post‑qualification experience in project management.
• Educated to degree level with at least 15 years' work experience.

Responsibilities

• Steering large-scale investment projects from conception through to completion.
• Establishing a delivery strategy for a 10‑year rolling programme.
• Driving IBE's sustainability objectives through capital projects.
