Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure outstanding delivery of community projects.
• Engage and empower communities, advocating for change.
• Develop the Recovery Services offer.
• Line manage staff and foster collaboration.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships.
• Secure and manage new projects in line with strategy.
• Provide data and research for political influencing.
• Support junior team members in project management.
