A respected housing association in the UK is seeking a Head of Communities to lead their community engagement strategy, support housing initiatives, and manage a dedicated team. The role requires a senior-level experience in housing, strong leadership skills, and a collaborative approach to working with partners. The company offers competitive benefits, a flexible work environment, and opportunities for professional growth.
We're all about better futures for People & Communities.
But we'd be nothing without the amazing crew that makes everything we do for customers and communities possible, and that's why we are on the hunt for someone who'll support in making our services and the people who deliver them the very best they can be.
As a housing association that's been providing homes and services for almost 20 years, we're proud of the difference we make. We don't just provide homes; we support customers and the communities they live in to thrive. Our purpose is to create a safe, secure, and inclusive environment where our customers can thrive, and this is where you come in.
You've probably worked in a senior housing and communities role so far, as first and foremost you'll be someone who has a passion for housing. You'll need to be forward-thinking, thrive on challenge while leading with integrity, and be a manager whose coaching methods really do get the best out of the team.
You're also likely to have experience of collaborating with partners, which will serve you well as you represent Futures Housing Group at relevant partnership meetings across the Group.
