An exciting opportunity has become available for a Head of Communications to join us at Burnley Football Club.

About You

The ideal candidate will have experience of delivering long-term and proactive communication plans with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

You will also need to have a flexible approach to work and be able to work evenings and weekends.

Role Expectations

As the Head of Communications, you will be expected to:

  • Develop and implement Burnley FC’s communications strategy according to the Club’s goals and objectives, raising awareness and transforming the understanding of the Club in local, national, and international markets.
  • Manage an ongoing communications calendar for player appearances and commercial obligations.
  • Deliver a communications strategy that builds awareness and creates positive visibility for the Club.
