Job description

The Head of Commercial will drive the College’s mission and financial sustainability through the creation and delivery of innovative programmes and commercial opportunities.

The postholder will maximise the potential of the College’s extraordinary 100 acre estate at St Donat’s Castle – a site of historic significance and international reputation – to generate income, develop partnerships, and broaden impact, while ensuring the safeguarding and wellbeing of students remain the highest priority.

They will lead the Atlantic Experience commercial team, overseeing delivery of the Atlantic Experience commercial strategic plan, and report regularly to the Board of Directors of Atlantic College Enterprises Limited.

They will be fundamental to achieving the college’s ambition to be seen as a sector leader in hosting and delivering key events, activities and programmes as well as having an international profile as a centre for excellence in experiential learning, training and education.
