An innovative healthcare solutions provider in the UK seeks a Head of Clinical Operations to lead engaging clinical content creation across a diverse portfolio of solutions. You will manage professionals in clinical content development, ensure high standards of delivery, and promote adaptation of AI and automation. The ideal candidate is an accredited Pharmacist or Medical Doctor with IT or e-Health experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a background in clinical publishing. This is a hybrid role requiring office attendance twice a week.

Were looking for a high-calibre medical professional with IT / e‑Health experience and engagement with AI and automation to join us on a full‑time, permanent basis, playing a pivotal leadership role in our organisation.
This is a mission‑critical role, where you will be enabled to make a real impact and drive engagement with new technology and processes to ensure we maintain our market‑leading position and reputation for quality.
As the Head of Clinical Operations, you will lead the promotion and development of engaging clinical content creation across our portfolio of healthcare solutions.
Specifically, you will take on a leadership role, managing healthcare professionals and Solution Leads who are authoring data and content that underpin our software solutions.
A major focus of the role will be delivering high‑quality clinical content in line with UK and international standards whilst maintaining appropriate quality, controls and procedures.
Please note that this is a hybrid role, and you will be required to attend the office in Exeter on a twice‑weekly basis.
To be considered as our Head of Clinical Operations, you will need :
You will have a history of budgetary control and be IT proficient.
In addition, you will need to be confident and curious with strong interpersonal, influencing, presentation and negotiation skills, as well as a passion for excellence and innovation.
