Job description

Overview

The post holder will play a key role in shaping high-quality, patient-centred care, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes for children and their families. You will be responsible for leading service development, supporting workforce planning, and ensuring services align with both national standards and local priorities. This role also offers the chance to mentor and inspire colleagues, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and influence future service delivery across the Trust. Proposed Interview Date - 16 October 2025.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the children\'s therapy services in line with national and local priorities.
• Provide leadership ensuring provision meets the agreed quality standards, KPIs and activity targets across the community and hospital services.
• Provide professional direction, clinical and managerial leadership with the therapy team leaders for each professional group.
