The post holder will play a key role in shaping high-quality, patient-centred care, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes for children and their families. You will be responsible for leading service development, supporting workforce planning, and ensuring services align with both national standards and local priorities. This role also offers the chance to mentor and inspire colleagues, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and influence future service delivery across the Trust.
