A well established retail organization in the UK is seeking a senior leader to oversee change delivery and strategic initiatives. This role requires over 7 years of experience in leading change and excellent stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensuring projects align with business objectives and deliver clear value. Candidates with a background in retail or customer-facing sectors are preferred.

As part of this journey, they are seeking a senior leader to shape and deliver their change agenda.
This newly created leadership role will oversee the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of strategic initiatives. Operating at the heart of the organisation, the role will lead a multidisciplinary team and work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure change is delivered with clarity, pace and impact.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a central function that brings together project delivery, business analysis, PMO and business architecture. The remit spans strategic planning, portfolio management, governance and reporting.
