A leading banking institution is recruiting for the role of Head of Business Risk, focusing on resilience and 3rd party risk management. The role will involve leading the creation of the firm's first line of defence risk function and ensuring a comprehensive approach to risk management. Responsibilities

• Lead the development and embedding of the Operational Resilience Framework.
• Manage the Bank's Operational Resilience Self-Assessment.
• Ensure assessment of impacts during change and product development.
• Own and regularly review the Bank's Business Continuity Plan.
• Manage the Bank's RCSA programme.
• Develop frameworks for managing risks from third-party suppliers.
• Implement 1st line risk reporting into risk committees.
• Manage operational risk topics escalated during ORC discussions.
• Enhance business risk standards to align with policies.
• Promote a strong risk culture across the Bank.
