Responsibilities

  • Own the operational engine of back-office functions.
  • Accountable for CASS reconciliations and other key operations.
  • Manage escalation of operational incidents and drive fixes.
  • Lead process design to reduce manual work.

  • Develop and retain high-performing operational teams.
  • Ensure alignment with FCA operational practices.

Skills
